Work out which benefit is offered
A discount reduces an eligible price. A referral connects a qualifying account action with a reward. A subscription bonus belongs to the selected plan. A purchased key is another category: it grants the product purchased, not a promotional discount.
Check the account status, eligible tier, expiry and required action in the offer. A code listed on another page is not confirmation that it is currently active for you.
Confirm a referral on the intended account
- Sign in to the account you plan to use.
- Open the referral and inspect any banner or eligibility notice.
- Choose the relevant plan in Upgrade.
- Look for the stated benefit on that selection.
- Read the amount payable and renewal conditions before confirming.
An existing subscriber may not qualify for an offer limited to new memberships. Count only benefits that the selected checkout actually combines.
When a code is rejected or a reward is missing
Check spelling, previous use, account identity and plan eligibility. If the benefit does not appear, resolve that before buying rather than relying on a later adjustment. Keep the offer wording or a screenshot with your request.
For a completed qualifying action, send support its time and the relevant account or transaction reference. Do not include a password, full card number or a full purchased key in a public post. A missing subscription deposit follows a different schedule from a referral reward.
