Your first conversation on OurDream

You can start with a character already in Explore or build a profile yourself. Begin with one scene; you can develop its history as the conversation grows.

Read the greeting before you reply

Explore shows the character catalogue. Open a profile and look beyond its portrait: the introduction tells you who the character is and what is happening. Choose an opening you can answer, whether that is an everyday conversation, a fictional relationship or an RPG encounter.

Our characters are software. Photographic styling and a natural-sounding reply do not mean a real person is behind the profile. The service is for adults 18 and over.

Give the next turn a direction

  1. Choose a profile and open its conversation.
  2. Use your account when the action requests sign-in.
  3. Respond to something in the greeting.
  4. Add one question or an action, rather than several unrelated requests.
  5. Continue from the reply, keeping the same names and setting.
We're at a bookshop just before closing. I'm choosing a birthday present. Ask about the person receiving it, then suggest one book.

If you want briefer dialogue or more description, say so in the next message. See prompt examples for different formats.

Choose a tool for the next task

Create defines a new character; Generate makes media. They do not do the same job as sending a chat message. A community pack contains existing media, rather than a new result generated from your instructions.

Inspect access and any charge before confirming. Non-subscriber use differs from membership, and image or video tools need active subscription access. For a payment or account request, contact support instead of asking a fictional character to handle it.

Questions and answers

What is OurDream AI used for?

We offer fictional character conversations, roleplay and original character creation, alongside supported image, video and voice tools. You supply the message or scene; the selected tool generates a response or result.

How does a character know what to say?

The character definition and available conversation context help shape a generated reply. A clear immediate question and consistent scene details give it a more specific task.

Is a subscription worth it for text chat?

Compare the text access you need, any selected premium-model charges and the recurring payment. If you also want media, budget those actions separately rather than treating the monthly coin amount as a message count.

When do I need to sign in?

You can look through public profiles first. Use the account prompt for actions such as starting a conversation, creating content, paying or retrieving account content.
