Describe your channel and audience
Contact reception@ourdream.ai with the channel you publish on, your intended audience and the traffic you plan to refer. Approved partners use the affiliate dashboard and the terms agreed for their account.
Read those conditions before promoting. A maximum commission shown elsewhere does not establish what is payable for every visit, plan or region.
Understand what qualifies for commission
The program offers revenue-share and CPA arrangements. Revenue share concerns qualifying referred revenue; CPA concerns a qualifying acquisition. Geography, subscription tier, eligibility and the approved offer affect the calculation.
Keep the accepted schedule and payout conditions with your account records. A click is not automatically a qualifying sale, and a tracked conversion is not the same as an already completed payout.
Describe the tracking stage that is missing
For a question, include the campaign identifier, tracking link, date range and relevant dashboard event. Say whether it concerns a click, conversion, commission or payout. Do not include customer credentials or full payment information.
Use the affiliate contact for partner matters. A customer subscription belongs with account support; a subscriber reward belongs with referral checks.
