Meet the age requirements
Do not use the service if you are under 18. Characters must also meet adult-content requirements in their appearance and description. Writing an age into a prompt does not make otherwise prohibited material acceptable.
Use the designated age-verification process where required. We do not provide a way to bypass an age check or location restriction.
Use original fictional subjects
Do not create unauthorized real-person likenesses, deepfakes or non-consensual material. The character builder and generation settings are not a route for reproducing a private person's photograph.
Check rights before supplying someone else's material. Public profiles, media packs and private conversations remain subject to our rules. The creation steps show how to start with an original adult character.
Read the notice before changing a request
A moderation flag is different from a connection error. Inspect the stated reason and the item involved. If a harmless request appears to have been blocked in error, use the review or reporting channel with its context.
Do not repeatedly disguise the same request to evade a restriction. A public profile can also be under review, changed or made private, so use its status to distinguish moderation from an ordinary visibility change.
Report the item without republishing it
Use the in-product report control and identify where the item appears and why it concerns you. Avoid copying prohibited material into public discussions. For an appropriate safety request, email trust@ourdream.ai.
A billing error belongs with account support. A generated character cannot overturn moderation or approve an account appeal.
