Decide whether deletion is the action you need
If your aim is only to stop another payment, use renewal cancellation. If it concerns a charge, keep the account available while support handles the review.
Permanent deletion removes generations, unpublished characters, conversation history and unused coins. Save your own available definitions and permitted results first. Registering again will not restore the removed account.
Complete the account-management flow
- Open Profile while signed into the account concerned.
- Find account management or the Danger Zone in settings.
- Select account deletion.
- Read the consequences and finish the required confirmations.
- Retain any completion notice.
A request typed into character chat does not trigger this process. If you cannot sign in, use access help or contact support from the linked address.
Check subscription and retained-record questions
A completed account deletion also cancels an active subscription under our account guidance. Confirm completion, especially near a renewal date. An unfinished request should not be treated as a completed billing change.
Deletion does not approve a payment refund, and some records may be retained under policy or legal requirements. For a specific access, export or deletion question, use the privacy-request route rather than assuming every record disappears immediately.
